Shipping policy

At Coffee with Muskan, we want to ensure your barista tools arrive safely and promptly so you can get back to brewing the perfect cup.

1. Processing Times

• All orders for physical tools (tampers, pitchers, scales) are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Note: Barista Learning Programs are delivered digitally/in-person and do not incur shipping charges.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Coffee with Muskan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify our team at [coffeewithmuskan01@gmail.com] so we can assist you through the process.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship International. Please note that international delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing.
