1. I already work in hospitality but not on the coffee machine. Is this enough for me?
Yes, this program is designed for that exact situation. If you already understand customer service, café environment, or hospitality work, you may not need a full job-ready course. You may only need proper coffee training to become more useful behind the machine.

2. Is this the right course if I have never worked in hospitality?
Maybe, but it depends on your goal. If you only want to learn coffee skills, this can work. But if your goal is to get a café job from zero experience, the Job Ready Barista Program is usually a better fit because it also covers café workflow, job preparation, and trial support.

3. Will this help me move from all-rounder to barista?
Yes, that is one of the strongest reasons to choose this program. If you already serve customers, take orders, or work on the floor, learning coffee can help you take the next step toward working behind the machine.

4. I worked in a café as an all-rounder before but I am not working currently. Does this course still suit me?
Maybe. It depends on your goal and situation. If your goal is to get a barista job from scratch, you will usually need a place to continue practising after the course, as this program does not include our trial support. If you already have access to a coffee machine at home or are currently working as a café all-rounder and can practise regularly, this course can be a great fit. If you are confident that you can manage the practice needed before attending café trials, then yes, this course may be enough for you.

5. Can café owners or managers join this course?
