Welcome to Coffee With Muskan, where we believe coffee is more than a skill — it’s a bridge to confidence, community, and possibility.

Our journey began with a simple but deeply personal vision: to create a space where people, especially international students, feel supported, seen, and empowered to build a future through the craft of coffee.

What started as a shared love for coffee slowly became something more — a mission to help others find their footing in a new country, a new industry, and often, a new version of themselves.

Founded by Muskan, a coffee professional with a passion for teaching and community — Coffee With Muskan was built on one idea:

Everyone deserves a real opportunity to prove themselves.

As international students ourselves, we experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find meaningful work in a new environment. Not because of a lack of ability — but because of a lack of guidance, clarity, and the right kind of preparation.

That’s where we chose to do things differently.

We built Coffee With Muskan to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity — to take someone from uncertainty to confidence, from beginner to job-ready.

Our signature Job Ready Barista Program (JRBP) is designed not just to teach coffee, but to prepare you for the reality of working in a cafe.

From technical skills to workflow, from speed to communication — everything we teach is built around what actually matters on the job.

Because knowing coffee is one thing.

Being ready for a cafe is another.

Alongside our training, we’ve also carefully curated a range of barista tools and essentials — not just as products, but as part of the journey.

Tools that help you practise better, feel more confident, and step into the role with a sense of identity.

Beyond our core program, we also support cafe owners, hospitality teams, and coffee enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of the craft. Every session we run reflects the same commitment — clarity, quality, and real-world relevance.
